C705 HL: carry handle solution for recyclable and compliant packaging.

Alimac offers C705 HL, a mono-material carry handle designed to meet the requirements of the Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) and support the shift toward recyclable packaging.

Two product options are available:

C705 HL MOPE70
Made with mono-oriented polyethylene film, this version provides mechanical strength, dimensional stability, and certified recyclability in the PE stream. No material separation is required during recovery.
C705 HL LDPE 100 with PCR 30–45%
Laminated with LDPE containing post-consumer recycled polyethylene, certified under the Plastica Seconda Vita – PSV Mixeco scheme (certificate no. 148/2025, valid until 19/02/2028). This version helps increase the recycled content of the packaging while remaining compatible with PE flexible recycling.

Both versions can be customized up to 8 colors and are designed to ensure performance and reliability.

The PP102 tape is used to cover the middle part of adhesive carry handles. It is strong, lightweight, and environmentally friendly because it is made of polypropylene (PP). You can also customize it with different colors or prints based on your needs.
