All along Q4 2023, Alimac Srl backed by Metrika SGR S.p.A. on behalf of the closed investment Fund “Metrika” completed the 100% Shares acquisition of the Company NRG Tapes.

Since November 2022, Metrika sgr S.p.A., on behalf of the closed investment Fund “Metrika”, is holding 100% shares of the Alimac Group, the Global Leader of the Carry Handle tapes Solutions Market; the Group includes the 3 Legal Entities Alimac Italy Srl, Alimac Deutschland GMBH, Alimac Iberia S.l.

NRG Tapes is a historical player in the Carry Handle tapes solutions Market, operating since 2009 and active worldwide. The NRG Tapes acquisition is aimed to strengthen the position on the Market leveraging synergies in terms of Geographical Coverage and Market knowledge.

Mr. Gunther Rozen, who created and owned the NRG Tapes Company, has joined the Alimac/NRG newly formed Group Leadership Team as Commercial Director and will be part of the Alimac Deutschland Board of Directors.

Giovanni Scognamiglio, after 23+ years of experience covering leadership roles in Manufacturing, Business Development, Portfolio and Marketing, has been appointed as General Manager of the Group.

NRG Tapes will continue to operate through the HQ in Breda and from its subsidiary Technology Exporter located in Dubai.

The brands Alimac and NRG will continue to exist side by side.

As part of the transition, an integration process will be managed while guaranteeing the current Business Continuity.

Created on 2015, Mactec has been the Alimac Group Business Unit specialized in the design and manufacturing of Handle Applicators.
