Governance
& Compliance

Alimac® Group is committed to conducting business with integrity, transparency, and accountability across all areas of its operations.

The Group’s governance framework brings together both executive and non-executive roles. Five executive members and three non-executive members serve on the administrative, management, and supervisory bodies, with female representation at 13%. Worker participation is ensured through trade union delegates and a designated safety representative where relevant, providing employees with a formal channel to raise workplace safety and welfare concerns within governance processes.

Sustainability is integrated into governance at multiple levels. The governing bodies receive quarterly updates on material impacts, due diligence outcomes, and the performance of related policies and indicators, while compliance with applicable regulations is verified through a combination of internal controls and, where appropriate, independent external audits. To support evidence-based decision-making, a structured set of performance indicators has been established to track results across key operational areas. In 2024, these efforts were formalized through the launch of a comprehensive ESG program, including dedicated masterclass sessions for management.
