Declaration of compliance
Alimac tape is designed for packaging applications not intended for direct food contact and complies with the directive 94/62/EC and following amendments.

Animal substances:Substances derived from animals are not directly used in production.

Bisphenol:Bisphenols (A, F, S) are not directly used in production.

CMR:Carcinogenic, mutagenic, or toxic to reproduction (CMR) substances or substances having endocrine – disrupting (ED) properties are not present in concentration above 0,1% .

Energy recovery:The material can be recoverable in the form of energy recovery and comply with EN 13431.

GMO:Substances derived from Genetically Modified Organism s are not directly used in production.

Heavy metals:The total content of heavy metals (Pb , Hg , Cd and Cr(VI)) do not exceed 100 ppm as fixed from art. 11 of Directive 94/62/EC.

MOSH/MOAH:MOSH (Mineral Oil Saturated Hydrocarbons), MOAH (Mineral Oil Aromatic Hydrocarbons < 1%) are not directly used in production.

Nanoparticles:Nanoparticles are not directly used in production.

Phtalates:Phtalates are not directly used in production.
-
PFAS:PFAS or other perfluorinated substances are not directly used in production.

POP:POPs are not directly used in production.

PVC:PVC is not directly used in production.
-
REACH:Alimac tape is not subject to REACH registration.

SVHC:Substances directly used in the production of Alimac tape are not included in the list of dangerous substances (SVHC) and are not present in concentration above 0,1%.

TSCA:Substances directly used in the production of Alimac tape are not included in the list of forbidden substances defined in the US Toxic Substances Control Act.
