A. MANUFACTURING PROCESS
Alimac produces in environmentally sustainable conditions. It reduces the impact on the environment in two ways during manufacturing cycle:
- 1. Recycling of raw materials and waste During the production of the tape carry handle, Alimac makes an initial reprocessing. Alimac gives great importance to material recycling, reducing non-recyclable waste as much as possible.
- 2. Energy consumption One of the keys to making a production process greener is by reducing energy consumption. Alimac has a real-time control system of energy consumption for all the production lines, thus optimizing consumption. In Alimac all processes producing emissions have been reduced to a minimum. Those left are monitored daily in order to stay below any danger threshold. Alimac is able to produce all the documentation supporting this.

- 2. Low plastic volume Use of the Alimac carry handle allows a reduction in packaging, with obvious lower release of plastics into the environment. The Alimac tape carry handle weighs less than other plastic handling systems and takes up less volume. We can replace different kinds of handling systems that are heavier, such as bottle neck handles, heavy shrink film, plastic bags, and other systems, with a 1-gram tape carry handle.
D. USAGE OF THE FINAL PRODUCT
